Chill Tip: Lather up before using with your favorite moisturizer, serum, or oil to let the gua sha really glide.
Use over clean skin daily for about 3 to 5 minutes. Treat yourself to each exercise 5 times, on both sides of your face for best results.
Jawline and chin massage: glide gua sha upwards from the center of chin out to the earlobe.
Forehead massage: start at the center of forehead, then divide your forehead into three sections when gliding your tool upwards. Scrape once, then move down a bit and scrape again. Continue this motion across forehead.
Cheek: start at nose and work upwards in swooping motion, along cheeks until you reach earlobe. Repeat motion over cheek, moving a bit down each time. Note, you will look flushed after - this means it’s working!!
Under-eye: start at inner corner of eye and glide towards temple. BE GENTLE, your undereyes are sensitive!! We don’t want black eyes just as much as we don’t want under-eye bags.
Lips: Glide across lips, in a back and forth motion.
Neck: Divide neck into 4 sections and scrape from bottom up.
