Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund at the Soho location and on chillhouse.com. Products purchased online may not be returned in-store and vice versa.
Please note that we are exercising heightened health and safety measures at this time in light of COVID-19. All Chillwear (clothing) purchases are final sale at this time. Please refer to the size guide on product pages prior to making a purchase, or feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any size specific questions. We can happily provide additional measurements or size recommendations to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. We truly appreciate your understanding!
Please note that at this time, Chillhouse does not provide return labels for online orders- the return label is the expense and responsibility of the customer. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen upon delivery. Following the receipt of the delivery notification, it is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their package in a timely manner. Kindly note that once a package has left our office, we have little information on the whereabouts and recommend contacting the delivery carrier for additional information should a package go missing after delivery.
Should a package be lost during transit or arrive to you damaged, we, of course, can facilitate a replacement or refund.
