General Usage & Access

 

The CHILL HEAT room revolves around the use of an infrared saunas which may have many health benefits; however it is important that you fully understand how to use the sauna and gradually introduce your body to the infrared sauna therapy to produce the best results. In all situations, hydration is a requirement for sauna use. Drinking filtered water or even advanced electrolyte replacement water is recommended before and after sauna use.

 

Prior to use of the CHILL HEAT room it is required to fill out this questionnaire and waiver. It is understood that certain answers may impede your ability to access this Chillhouse service.

 

It is not recommended to use the Sauna if you:

    • Are under 18
    • May be Pregnant
    • Have any Cardiovascular Conditions
    • Currently have a Fever, Infection, or Injury
    • Have a history of Dizziness, Fainting Spells, Heat Sensitivity, Narcolepsy or Seizures


Before you CHILL HEAT.

 

Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early to fill out necessary paperwork & learn about your experience. 

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hyrdrate. 

Review the conditions above. If you have any hesitations, consult with your doctor prior to using the CHILL HEAT room. 


Some Notes about your Session

Your level of dress during your session is at your discretion. You may bring a bathing suit -- none are provided on site. A towel is provided to each guest & most guests wear only the towels provided. Extra towels are available for $2 each.

You must use a towel on the sauna seat at all times. Do not sit directly on the wood.

Do not use any chemicals or lotions prior to your sauna session, these may block detoxification and stain the wood of the sauna. 

NOT ALLOWED IN THE SAUNA - Shoes, Outside Beverages, Food of Any Kind, Plastics, Jewelry, Electronics. 

Please keep your voices Chill, other services are in session. 

If you must use the bathroom during your session, you must fully redress prior to entering the communal hallway. Please be mindful and use the bathrooms prior to or after your session.
