Director of Growth & Retention
Location: NYC or Miami
Chillhouse is looking for a Director of Growth & Retention to own performance marketing and lifecycle strategy across our ecommerce and retail business. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the paid social strategy across Instagram and TikTok, own our retention roadmap end to end, and direct a small internal team plus a bench of external agency partners. You'll be one of three marketing directors reporting into our founders, working closely with peers leading Influencer & Creator Partnerships and Marketing & Partnerships.

Location: NYC
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and community-minded Community & Affiliate Intern to support community engagement, affiliate partnerships, ambassador programs, and brand advocacy initiatives.
