This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.chillhouse.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Mobile Terms of Service

The Chillhouse mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Chillhouse (“Chillhouse”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Chillhouse’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Chillhouse through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Chillhouse. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18443651225 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Chillhouse mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Harry Styles Ticket Sweepstakes — Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Harry Styles Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Chillhouse, Inc. (“Chillhouse” or “Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is independently sponsored and administered by Chillhouse and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Harry Styles, Madison Square Garden, MSG Entertainment, the event promoter, ticketing provider, Instagram, or any other party associated with the event.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to eligible entrants who meet all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and must be a legal resident of the United States.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Chillhouse, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 18, 2026 at 8 AM ET and ends on October 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must complete all of the following entry requirements:
1. Visit the designated Sweepstakes landing page and provide a valid email address through the entry form;
2. Like the designated Chillhouse Sweepstakes post on Instagram; and
3. Follow both @chillhouse and @chillhousesoho on Instagram.
All entry requirements must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. A valid email address must be provided to complete an entry.
Any attempt to submit multiple entries through multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, or other methods may result in disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to see Harry Styles at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York, during October 2026 (the “Prize”).
The exact event date and time will be communicated to the winner no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the applicable concert.
The Prize consists solely of two (2) concert tickets. The winner is responsible for all other expenses associated with attending the event, including, without limitation, transportation to and from Madison Square Garden, food, beverages, lodging, and any other incidental expenses.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $866 total.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for cash or other consideration.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be selected on or about October 6, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond and successfully claim the Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner must provide a valid email address capable of receiving the ticket transfer and is responsible for accepting the ticket transfer.
7. TICKET DELIVERY
The tickets will be sent electronically to the winner approximately twelve (12) hours prior to the applicable show, subject to the timing and availability of the applicable ticketing provider.
Chillhouse is not responsible for a winner’s inability to receive or accept the tickets due to an invalid or inaccessible email address, failure to monitor email, failure to accept the ticket transfer, or technical issues outside of Chillhouse’s reasonable control.
8. EVENT DATE, TIME AND VENUE
The Prize is valid for a Harry Styles concert taking place at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York, during October 2026.
The exact event date and time will be communicated to the winner no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the show.
The winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the venue and any other expenses associated with attending the event.
Chillhouse does not control the event date, time, venue policies, event policies, ticketing policies, or any changes made by the artist, venue, promoter, ticketing provider, or other third party.
9. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
10. MARKETING CONSENT
By providing an email address to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Chillhouse may use that email address to administer the Sweepstakes and communicate with the entrant regarding the Sweepstakes.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Chillhouse, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Chillhouse reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Chillhouse is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries; technical failures of any kind; or any other circumstances that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate.
12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Chillhouse, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or inability to use the Prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. NO AFFILIATION WITH HARRY STYLES, MADISON SQUARE GARDEN OR INSTAGRAM
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harry Styles, Madison Square Garden, MSG Entertainment, the event promoter, ticketing provider, Instagram, or any affiliated entity.
Harry Styles and Madison Square Garden are referenced solely to identify the event that is the subject of the Prize.
Instagram is not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing, or administering this Sweepstakes.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Chillhouse’s applicable Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
